What are the delivery charges?
All UK orders are sent on a tracked service with Hermes and are free of charge.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We are using Pay Pal and Stripe to process payments. Both payment merchants allow you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPalBalance, PayPal Credit, bank account, credit card, PayPal Cards, and debit cards, while keeping your information confidential. We will not have access to your payment details.
How long will delivery take?
3-5 working days. You will be provided a tracking number and be able to see where your shippment is at any given time.

What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order will be gently taken from our shelves with sterilised contamination-free gloves and placed onto a satin pillow. (We did this pre-COVID too, as we are OCD). Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Of course, we are not savages. You will receive invoice via email only. We don’t like to print. Doesn’t work with our ethos.
